Tony Osmani
Co-Founder & Managing Director
Tony leads Build With Steel, setting the direction for the business and overseeing every project from first enquiry to final handover. With a hands-on approach and deep knowledge of light gauge steel framing, he makes sure every job is delivered to the standard our clients expect.
Graham Dutt
Co-Founder & Head of Sales
Graham manages new enquiries and client relationships, working closely with contractors and developers to scope projects and turn them into confirmed orders. He’s often the first person you’ll speak to when getting a quote from Build With Steel.
Ben Osmani
Head of Operations
Ben keeps the day-to-day running of Build With Steel on track, coordinating production, logistics and site delivery. He is the point of contact for making sure projects move smoothly from the workshop floor through to installation.
Dee Dutt
Head of New Ventures, Growth & Marketing
Dee drives growth at Build With Steel, identifying new opportunities and markets for the business, leading marketing, and project managing key jobs from concept through to completion. She works across the wider Forts Group to develop new ventures and strengthen how the business operates.
Timm Iseni
Site Manager
Timm oversees delivery and installation on site, making sure every project is erected safely, accurately and to programme. He’s the main point of contact for contractors and clients once a job moves from the workshop to site.
Visar Berbatovci
Office Manager
Visar keeps the Build With Steel office running smoothly, supporting the team with the day-to-day admin that keeps projects on track. From paperwork to scheduling, he makes sure everything behind the scenes is organised and in order.
Trimm Klaiqi
Mechatronics Engineer and CAD Technician
Trimm manages the framing machine at the heart of Build With Steel’s production, ensuring every panel is manufactured accurately and efficiently. His expertise keeps quality consistent across every job that comes through the workshop.
Blerina Klaiqi
Accounts
Blerina manages the accounts for Build With Steel, keeping the finances of the business running smoothly behind the scenes. She supports the team with everything from invoicing to financial reporting.
